ACCHO hosted the Ontario Black Gay Men's Summit - Cultures of Sexuality and Black Men's Health on March 26-28, 2010 in Toronto. The 140 participants engaged in very stimulating and productive discussions about health, community and social justice for African, Caribbean and Blakc gay and bisexual men, transmen and queer men. Over the next few months, ACCHO and the Summit Steering Committee will be strategizing about the ideas for moving forward that came out of the Summit.

One of the Summit outcomes is a draft declaration calling on our communities and governments in Canada, Africa, the Caribbean and elsewhere to do their part in ensuring social justice for African, Caribbean and Black LGBTQ people.
